Loyalty programme

The Camping Plitvice Loyalty Programme (hereinafter: “Loyalty Programme”) has been designed to reward the loyalty of guests of the Camping Plitvice campsite, owned by the company Smoljanac d.o.o, Smoljanac 67, 53231 Plitvička jezera, OIB: 98881477816 (hereinafter: “Smoljanac d.o.o”). The aim of the Loyalty Programme is to enable members to obtain the benefits described below. Members of the Loyalty Programme are obliged to act responsibly and to comply with the provisions of these Rules. By joining the Loyalty Programme, each member of the Loyalty Programme declares that they have read and understood the provisions of these Rules and accept them in full. The Programme is neither a prize game nor a form of entertainment. The outcome of rewards in this Programme is certain, and every participant in the Programme who meets the conditions acquires the right to various benefits.

• Camping Plitvice Loyalty Programme: the Camping Plitvice loyalty programme was designed by Smoljanac d.o.o and provides its members with all the benefits set out in these Rules. All copyrights to the Loyalty Programme belong exclusively to Smoljanac d.o.o.
• Stay: the period between arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) at a hotel or campsite.
• Client: a person who meets the conditions for joining the loyalty programme but has not yet joined it and has not accepted the terms of the Loyalty Programme Rules.
• Loyalty Programme member: a person who has joined the Loyalty Programme and is entitled to the benefits of the Loyalty Programme in accordance with their membership level and the conditions of these Rules.

Purpose of collecting and processing personal data

Smoljanac d.o.o processes members’ personal data for the following purposes:

• membership and exercising the right to discounts and benefits
• monitoring how and how often the card is used in order to improve and develop services
• sending marketing messages about special benefits and offers of the Camping Plitvice campsite
• service quality surveys
• segmentation
• sending promotional materials
• guest satisfaction enquiries
• communication by email

The processing of personal data for the purposes of identifying members and granting discounts is necessary and is based on the business relationship between Smoljanac d.o.o and the member; therefore, a request by the Member to erase their personal data terminates membership in the Programme. The Member has the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes by sending a notice to the email address marketing@campingplitvice.hr and in that case their personal data will not be processed for those purposes.

The Issuer will forward the Member’s personal data to other recipients solely on the basis of a legal obligation or a justified request from an authorised public body. Where necessary, personal data will also be forwarded to trusted partners (processors) for the purposes of providing customer support, maintaining the information system or similar needs, subject to mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

Smoljanac d.o.o will process members’ personal data for the duration of their membership in the Programme. After membership in the Programme ends (through the discontinuation of the Programme by Smoljanac d.o.o or the cancellation of membership by the member), Smoljanac d.o.o will no longer process members’ personal data.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection, the member has the right to:

• access to personal data
• rectification of personal data
• erasure of personal data
• restriction of processing of personal data
• portability (where applicable)
• lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The member is obliged to report any change to their personal data.

All information related to the Loyalty Programme is available on the website www.campingplitvice.hr/loyality. All questions about membership, as well as notifications of changes to personal data or any other information relevant to membership, should be sent by the member to the following email address: reception@campingplitvice.hr.

These Rules enter into force on the day of their adoption.
