is awarded after the second stay, and applies to members who stay in the camp twice a year
GENERAL ABOUT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
Loyalty program Camping Plitvice (hereinafter: “Loyalty program”) is designed to reward the loyalty of guests of Camping Plitvice owned by Smoljanac doo, Smoljanac 67, 53231 Plitvice Lakes, OIB: 98881477816 (hereinafter: “Smoljanac doo”) .
The goal of the Loyalty Program is to enable members to enjoy the benefits described below. Loyalty program members are obliged to act responsibly and comply with the provisions of this Ordinance. Each member of the Loyalty Program declares that he has read and understands the provisions of this Ordinance and that he fully accepts them.
The program does not have the feature of a prize game or entertainment. The outcome of the award in this Program is certain and each participant in the Program who meets the conditions acquires the right to various benefits.
WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
LOYALTY CAMPING PLITVICE PROGRAM: loyalty program Camping Plitvice is designed by Smoljanc doo which provides its members with all the benefits prescribed by this Ordinance. All copyrights to the Loyalty program belong exclusively to Smoljanac doo
Stay: the period between arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) from the hotel or camp.
Client: a person who meets the conditions for joining the loyalty program, but who has not yet joined it and has not accepted the requirements of the Loyalty Program Rules.
Loyalty program member: a person who has joined the Loyalty program and who is entitled to the benefits of the Loyalty program in accordance with the level of membership to which he belongs and the conditions of this Ordinance.
Membership card levels:
• LOYALTY SILVER – awarded after the second stay, and applies to members who stay in the camp twice a year
• LOYALTY GOLD – awarded after the fourth stay, and applies to members who stay in the camp 4x a year
• LOYALTY PLATINUM – awarded after the sixth stay, and applies to members who stay in the camp 6 times a year
A LOYALTY SILVER member level has the following additional benefits during each stay at Camping Plitvice:
• 20% discount on accommodation services
• 10% discount on restaurant services
• The right to exclusive offers for members
• The right to early check-in and later check-out subject to availability
A LOYALTY GOLD member of the membership level receives the following additional benefits during each stay in Camping Plitvice:
• 35% discount on accommodation services
• 20% discount on restaurant services
• The right to exclusive offers for members
• The right to early check-in and later check-out subject to availability
A LOYALTY SILVER member level has the following additional benefits during each stay at Camping Plitvice:
• 50% discount on accommodation services
• 30% discount on restaurant services
• The right to exclusive offers for members
• The right to early check-in and later check-out subject to availability
MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
DATA PRIVACY
Purpose of collecting and processing personal data
Smoljanac doo processes personal data of members for the following purposes:
• joining and exercising the right to discounts and benefits
• monitoring the manner and frequency of card use to improve and develop services
• sending marketing messages about special benefits and offers of Camping Plitvice
• testing the quality of services
• segmentation
• sending promotional materials
• guest satisfaction inquiries
• email communications
The processing of personal data for the purpose of identifying members and obtaining a discount is necessary and based on the business relationship between Smoljanac doo and the member, therefore the Member’s request to delete his personal data terminates membership in the Program.
The member has the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes by sending a notice to the e-mail address marketing@campingplitvice.hr and in that case his personal data will not be processed for these purposes.

MEMBER'S RIGHTS IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection, the member exercises the rights to:
• access to personal data
• correction of personal data
• deletion of personal data
• restriction of personal data processing
• portability (if applicable)
• filing a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The member is obliged to inform about any change in personal data.

All questions about membership as well as notifications about changes in personal data or any other information relevant to membership, the member sends to the following e-mail address: reception@campingplitvice.hr.
This Ordinance shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
