Booking and packages
What is included in the package?
Every current package includes two nights in a mobile home, breakfast and one experience: recreational horse riding, an off-road tour in a Pinzgauer, a cooking workshop, a visit to Speleon or a guided tour of the Dolina Jelena ranch.
How many people are needed for the Tastes of Plitvice package?
This package can be booked for a minimum of 4 people; the package includes two nights in a mobile home for 4 people.
Where can I see the price and availability?
On the package page, the “Check dates and prices” button opens that package in the booking system. There, once you have selected your dates, you can see the price and availability.
Each package and rate has its own cancellation, deposit and payment terms; you will see them when you select the package or rate while booking.
Arrival and check-in
What is the campsite’s address?
Smoljanac 67, 53231 Plitvička Jezera.
When are check-in and check-out for the mobile homes?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 22:00, or 0:00–24:00 with prior notice; check-out from 7:00 to 10:00.
When is check-in for pitches?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 22:00, or 0:00–24:00 with prior notice; check-out from 7:00 to 11:00.
Mobile homes
Which mobile home has a hot tub?
Deluxe Outdoor Spa has a private outdoor hot tub on the terrace.
Which mobile home has underfloor heating?
Deluxe Komfort has underfloor heating, a dishwasher and air conditioning in every room.
How many people does a mobile home sleep?
Up to six people in each. The mobile home has two bedrooms and an extra bed for two people.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Towels and bed linen are included, as are bathroom amenities and toiletries.
Where do I park?
Parking is provided near the accommodation.
Can I stay in a mobile home with a pet?
Pets are welcome for an extra charge.
Pitches and motorhomes
Will my motorhome fit on the pitch?
Standard pitches are for motorhomes from 5 to 7 metres, Sunny Premium for motorhomes and caravans from 5 to 11 metres, Deluxe from 5 to 7.9 metres, and Deluxe Comfort for motorhomes and caravans longer than 8 metres.
Are caravans allowed on Standard pitches?
No. Caravans are not allowed on Standard pitches.
Do the pitches have electricity and water?
Yes. An electricity supply and a water connection are included on every pitch. Tent pitches have an electric hook-up and a water connection.
What if I arrive late?
We hold booked pitches until 20:00. If you are running late, please let us know.
Can I bring my pet to the pitch?
Yes, pets are welcome. There is a pet washing area in the sanitary block.
Can I barbecue on the pitch?
Electric barbecues may be used on the pitch.
Pools and facilities
Does the campsite have a pool?
Yes: an outdoor pool and a children’s pool, and there is a bar by the pool.
What does the campsite offer children?
A children’s playground and a children’s playroom: a place for our youngest guests to play, laugh and spend time together.
Can I have a barbecue?
There is a barbecue area at the campsite. Electric barbecues may be used on the pitch.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Yes, the campsite has two parking spaces with charging points for electric vehicles.
Can I wash and dry laundry at the campsite?
Yes. The sanitary blocks have washing machines and a tumble dryer.
Pets
Can I come to the campsite with my dog?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there a charge for pets?
Yes, there is an extra charge per dog per day, both in the mobile homes and on the pitches.
Where can I wash my dog?
The campsite has an outdoor dog shower, and the sanitary block has a pet washing area.
Are dogs allowed in Plitvice Lakes National Park?
Yes. According to the rules of the National Park, pets are allowed, but they must be kept on a lead.
Restaurant
When is the restaurant open?
The restaurant is open every day from 7:00 to 23:00.
What can you eat at the restaurant?
At the restaurant you can enjoy a hearty breakfast, dishes of the day and dishes made to order, with a wide range of authentic local dishes, imaginative desserts and selected wines.
Can a celebration be organised at the restaurant?
Yes. The restaurant is also an excellent choice for family celebrations and business receptions.

National park and surroundings
Where is the campsite located?
In the village of Smoljanac, which is part of the Municipality of Plitvička Jezera and Lika-Senj County, in central Croatia.
What else is there to see in the area besides the National Park?
Baraćeve špilje, Drežnik Old Town, the “Dolina Jelena” ranch, the Špoljarić sawmill and watermill in the village of Korana, the Korenica Astronomical Society, the “Nikola Tesla” Memorial Centre in Smiljan and the Željava underground military airbase.
How long does a tour of Baraćeve špilje take?
An expert-guided tour of Baraćeve špilje lasts 60 minutes.
Where can I taste Lika cheeses?
At the “Runolist” cheese dairy in Otočac, which, as well as a cheese tasting room and wine tasting, also has an educational room about cheese production.
