Just like the “Plitvice Lakes” National Park, which, only a 5-minute drive from Camping Plitvice, hides new undiscovered treasures in every hidden corner, changes its appearance with the weather and the seasons, and forms a natural backdrop that is never the same or constant, Camping Plitvice is also full of undiscovered treasures that you fall in love with again from season to season, and this summer too. At Camping Plitvice you can always enjoy so-called “experiential tourism” or “modular travel”, in other words an experience tailor-made for everyone. The Cimerfraj portal says that Generation Y (born from 1981 to 1995) and Generation Z (after 1995) are increasingly drawn to this type of travel and to tailor-made holiday experiences. Several components or modules that are flexible, adaptable and tailored to travellers’ needs and interests and interconnected create a personalised experience.
At our Camping Plitvice, these modules include flexible arrangements and a wide choice of benefits, activities, excursions or places to visit tailored to your wishes (just ask at the campsite reception to arrange it), a choice of how you will visit these places (by car, private VIP transfer, on foot, by e-bike or e-scooter, by carriage), and unspoilt nature with modern amenities (ATM, electric car charging station, vending machines with toiletries or snacks, free Wi-Fi and parking right next to your accommodation unit, and air-conditioned spaces throughout the resort, plus the Plitvice shopping mall, a post office and a bank just a couple of kilometres from the campsite).
Feel the pulse of nature calling you again and again. Come to our Camping Plitvice for a short weekend getaway or a longer holiday, treat yourself to the food and wine on offer – traditional and modern dishes by top chefs in our restaurant – enjoy all the amenities in and around the campsite for an active or peaceful holiday, and…allow yourself to get lost so you can find yourself again! You can get lost in nature, alone, with family or friends, across the 470 km2 of the Plitvice municipality, or the 270 km2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park, or even the 15 km2 covered by the lakes area itself, or the 16,000 m2 of our campsite. “Summer Special Deal” summer benefits
The summer period from 15 July to 15 August includes “Summer Special Deal” benefits on accommodation prices, rewards and bonuses through the loyalty programme, or accommodation benefits for digital nomads. Room service is still available in all accommodation units, even though every mobile home has a fully equipped modern kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, crockery…).
There is a wide range of facilities, which makes a holiday much more fun and enjoyable. Even if you get rainy days, at our campsite reception you can get advice on which places to visit that day to make the most of your stay with us. And this summer all the kids will be especially happy thanks to the children’s entertainment programme. Even though you are in the Lika region, if you fancy a swim, we have that option too, so you won’t miss out on plenty of swimming, splashing and cooling off in the water. At your disposal are a large outdoor pool for adults and a smaller, shallow children’s pool, and from this year two jacuzzi tubs in the Deluxe and Premium mobile homes nos. 12 and 15 will offer the added benefits of hydromassage.
Pets are allowed at our campsite – in fact, we even have a dog shower so they can cool off on summer days too.
Our birthday is coming up! On 16 August 2023 we celebrate our fourth birthday.
