It’s time for the modniALMAnah WOMEN’S DAY fashion weekend powered by CAMPING PLITVICE!
What kind of event is it? Stylist and fashion consultant Alma Premerl Zoko has created a unique women-only programme at the beautiful Camping Plitvice, just 7.5 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park, guided by the idea that (just) 48 hours is enough for a fashion restart!
Accommodation is in luxury mobile homes for four people (ideally booked with your girlfriends), and during your stay you will enjoy:
• Two nights’ accommodation in a 5-star mobile home in a twin room.
• Two breakfasts featuring traditional food from local family farms
• A fashion brunch between workshops
• Two dinners – a Lika dinner and a gala dinner with the Wine by the Spoon concept. The dinners have five courses, and each plate is paired with a matching wine
• Five interesting workshops/promotions – beauty routine school, make-up school, no bad hair day workshop, little fashion school, healthy living workshop. In each workshop you will discover what’s new in that field, try lots of products and learn, for example, how to pluck your eyebrows, do your make-up in just five minutes, style your hair when it won’t behave, tie a scarf and choose the ideal dress, but also get to know your body and learn to live healthily.

Who is this trip for?
For all girlfriends who want to have a reeeally good time, laugh, learn a thing or two about fashion and beauty, put on their heels and enjoy gala dinners. For those who love nature but haven’t been to the Plitvice Lakes “since secondary school”. And for those who are afraid of bats – because you’ll really grow fond of these local ones that live in Baraćeve špilje.
TRIP DESCRIPTION:
FRIDAY 21 MAY 2021
15:00 arrival at the Baraćeve špilje excursion site (Rakovica/Lika) and a guided tour of the site.
Did you know that Baraćeve špilje is actually an excursion site that includes the caves themselves, the source of the Baraćevac River and a Significant Landscape hiding beautiful walking trails that reveal the beauty of Lika? All the trails are circular, which means that whichever one you choose, you will always come back to the entrance of the cave itself. It will offer you a refreshing break in summer, because the temperature inside the cave is always 9 degrees, and guides lead you on the tour.
18:00 arrival at Camping Plitvice, check-in to the mobile homes.
Camping Plitvice has a five-star rating and is the most luxurious campsite in Lika. Besides places for campers and tents, this beautiful oasis of peace offers stays in 17 MOBILE HOMES designed to be a second home for every guest. Each has two bedrooms, each with two beds that can be pushed together into a large double bed if needed. Each room has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are connected by a shared, top-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the campsite and of the nature around it.

Get up in the morning, enjoy the nature around you and come to breakfast, where food from local family farms is served. We deliberately remind you to bring only your smile to breakfast and leave your make-up in your make-up bag. Because after breakfast comes a surprise…
10:30 WORKSHOP – BEAUTY ROUTINE
Do you know when to use a toner and when a serum? Why is it important to nourish your neck as generously as your face? When should you use BB cream and when a classic day cream? What should your day cream actually contain? You’ll get the answers to these and many other questions at this workshop!
12:00 MAKE-UP WORKSHOP
Does red lipstick really suit every blonde? When should eyebrows be thick and when thin? What is the best way to test powders? Make-up is great fun and anyone can master it – even if you go for the “natural look”.
14:00 POOL BRUNCH
After so much learning, it’s time for a short break. Drinks, coffee and tasty bites will get you ready to soak up more knowledge in the afternoon!
15:00 LITTLE FASHION SCHOOL
Stylist and fashion consultant Alma Premerl Zoko reveals fashion secrets: how to slim down without exercising, which colours make you look younger and which cuts more flattering, how to tie a scarf in at least 5 ways, which bra makes your bust look bigger and which tights make your legs look longer.
17:30 NO BAD HAIR DAY
Your hairstyle is the finishing touch of every total look, so think of your hair as a material that can be made into absolutely anything. Even if it is thin, brittle, dry or very greasy. At this workshop you will learn how to bring freshness back to your hair, how to do a quick hairstyle…
20:30 GALA DINNER – WINE BY THE SPOON
Bring a dress you haven’t worn for (at least) a year and a pair of high heels, and shine at the gala dinner, where you will enjoy five courses of exquisite delicacies paired with matching Croatian wine. Enjoy every food pairing to the full, because in the end you decide which plate and wine combination suits you best.

10:30 HEALTHY LIVING workshop at Camping Plitvice or at the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park – it all depends on whether we talk about the good bacteria in our gut (the best way to boost immunity) or about patches just a few millimetres in size that can protect you from mosquitoes while you are out in nature.
